Has served as arbitrator, counsel, and expert in disputes under ICC, OCAC, and ad hoc frameworks across institutional and ad hoc proceedings in Oman, India. He is also registered as an arbitrator with the Courts of Muscat. By qualification, he holds a degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA with specialization in ADR and arbitration. His expertise in dispute resolution is reinforced by significant exposure to commercial and contracts management on major infrastructure and construction projects.
